What you can do

Work with your recent meetings

Transcripts · last 14 days

Everything said in your meetings over the last two weeks becomes working material — turn discussions into documents instead of re-typing them.

EngineersDraft an ADR from Tuesday’s architecture review — decision, alternatives, rationale.
EngineersTurn the bugs from yesterday’s product review into tickets with acceptance criteria I can paste into Jira.
ProductSynthesize the friction points from this week’s customer calls and draft a PRD section for the top three.
EveryoneWhat did we decide about the Q3 pricing change, and in which meeting?
EveryoneList every action item assigned to me across this week’s meetings, with deadlines.
ManagersBefore my 1:1 with Sara tomorrow, summarize what we discussed last time and what’s still open.
ManagersWrite a status update for leadership from this week’s project meetings: progress, risks, decisions.

Coaching insights only lumenta has

Behavioral record · persists

Meeting recorders stop at what was said. lumenta also observes how you work — and that record outlives the transcripts, so Claude can reason over your whole development journey.

What behavioral pattern came up across my last three 1:1s?
How has my speaking-time balance in team meetings evolved this month?
Did I follow through on the commitments from my last coaching session?
I have a difficult conversation tomorrow — based on my recent interaction patterns, what should I watch for?
Summarize my progress on my active goals, with evidence from recent meetings.
Draft talking points for my performance self-review from my goals and coaching summaries.

Connect in three steps

1

Add the connector

In claude.ai → Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it lumenta, paste the URL above.

2

Claude opens a lumenta page. Sign in with your usual lumenta account if you aren't already.

3

Authorize

Review the consent screen — it lists exactly what Claude can and can't read — and click Authorize. Done.

Same flow in Claude Desktop (Settings → Connectors). For Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http lumenta https://www.lumenta.io/api/mcp

What is shared — and what never is

✓ Claude can read

  • Meeting titles, times, platforms, participants
  • Meeting transcripts from the last 14 days
  • Behavioral analysis of your meetings
  • Your development goals and progress
  • Coaching session summaries and commitments

✕ Claude can never read

  • Your coaching conversations (full message text)
  • DISC profiles — yours or anyone else’s
  • Counterpart profiles or quotes about other people
  • Private reflection notes
  • Anyone else’s data, ever

Access is strictly read-only — Claude cannot change, add, or delete anything in lumenta. Transcripts follow lumenta's standard privacy policy: deleted 14 days after a meeting is analyzed. Older meetings expose only their extracted behavioral metrics, never the raw conversation.

Disconnecting

Go to Settings → Connected MCP Clients in lumenta and click Disconnect. Access ends immediately — the very next request from that Claude client is rejected. Reconnect any time.
