A lumenta notetaker is in your meeting.
lumenta is an AI coaching assistant. One or more people in your meeting use it to get feedback on how they communicate, and the notetaker joined the call on their behalf. Here is what it does and what you can do about it.
What it captures
The notetaker joins as a visible participant and records the meeting audio to produce a transcript that identifies who said what. It does not record video.
What it is used for
The transcript is used for the lumenta users the notetaker supports: coaching feedback on observable communication patterns (how much they spoke, the questions they asked, how they gave feedback), a summary of what was discussed, and the ability to review and search the transcript. lumenta does not perform emotion recognition or sentiment analysis.
lumenta does not give individual results to anyone's employer, manager, or HR. A user can choose to share a meeting summary with others. Transcription and AI analysis are carried out by service providers, some of them in the USA, under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Notes about you
To help its users prepare for future meetings, lumenta may keep working notes about the people they meet with, derived from those meetings and their calendar invites: for example your name and email address, how often you meet, and work topics, priorities and open questions from your meetings, with short quotes. We keep these notes on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can ask us to delete any notes about you and stop creating new ones, or request a copy of these notes.
If you don't want it in the meeting
The meeting host can remove the notetaker from the participant list at any time, and it leaves. You can also ask the people it supports to stop it. Anything captured before it leaves is still processed for them. To make a request about it, email info@nupact.ai.
